2. Scope of data processing on this website
This website is a purely static HTML site. It:
- does not set any cookies,
- does not use any tracking or analytics tools,
- does not load any third-party content (fonts, scripts, maps, videos),
- does not provide any input forms.
Beyond the server log files described in section 3, no personal data is processed when you simply visit the website.
3. Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical data in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Requested URL and HTTP status code
- Amount of data transferred
- Browser type and operating system (user agent)
- Referrer URL (if transmitted by the browser)
This data is processed exclusively to ensure technical operation and to prevent attacks (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR — legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). The data is not merged with other data sources and is automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

The website is delivered through two channels:

www.diesner.it: delivered via Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3. Provider: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.
Both providers process the log data mentioned in section 3 for the purpose of delivering the website.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of the inquiry) is stored to process your request and in case of follow-up questions (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR or lit. f GDPR). We do not pass this data on to third parties and delete it as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of processing, at the latest after applicable statutory retention periods have expired.
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- obtain information about the data we process about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR),
- request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
To exercise these rights, an informal message to the email address listed above is sufficient.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar starts with https://.

This privacy policy is dated June 2026. Updates may be required due to changes to the website or new legal or regulatory requirements.
